2019-07-14 20:15:19 npostavs space_otter: if (setq gnutls-algorithm-priority "NORMAL:-VERS-TLS1.3") fixes it, then it's due to ,,bug 34341

.emacsに"(setq gnutls-algorithm-priority "NORMAL:-VERS-TLS1.3")"を設定すればとりあえず動く
